Stars, Crabs and a Beach to Ourselves

We woke up in PEI under the stars, then headed east to Nova Scotia. In Northport, we spotted “crab on crab action lol” right on the ocean. We stopped in Pictou before crossing the Canso Causeway onto Cape Breton Island.

MacLeod’s Beach Campsite was our spot for the night. As we put it: “Gotta love having a beach all to yourself :)” We watched the sunset and the waves.

We drove the Cabot Trail next, and the moon rose over Meat Cove and Neil’s Beach.
