What you're buying

• Our T-shirts are Comfort Colors 1717 shirts. They are 100% cotton and thick (6.1 oz). They have a relaxed fit, so they are not tight.
• Each shirt is dyed after it is sewn. That makes it soft, like an old favourite. It also means each shirt's colour can be a little different.
• Printful prints each shirt just for you, after you order it. Printful is the company that prints and mails our orders.
• Colours: Moss, True Navy and Black.
• Price: C$50 for each shirt, in Canadian dollars.
• Sizes: S to 4XL. Use our size guide to find your size.
• Stickers: Our stickers are made of vinyl, a kind of plastic. Each shirt has a matching 4-inch sticker. Add it to a shirt for C$5.
• Sticker packs: each shop tab has its own pack. It is one vinyl sheet with that tab's stickers plus our van, and each sticker peels off on its own. The packs are: Classics Sticker Pack (C$12), Memes Sticker Pack (C$10), Van Life Sticker Pack (C$9), Polish Fans Sticker Pack (C$9). You can buy a pack by itself. Or you can add a shirt's pack to your shirt order.
• For the car: each car design comes as a bumper sticker (15″ × 3.75″) or a car magnet (10″ × 3″). Each one is C$12. They are made in the USA. You buy them in their own order, not with a shirt. Car magnets need a flat steel surface.

Shipping

• We ship to Canada and the USA.
• Shipping for a shirt order is C$12. That's one price for the whole order.
• From Friday, November 20 to Friday, December 4, orders with 2 or more shirts ship free.
• Shipping for a sticker pack order is C$7. That's also one price for the whole order.
• A sticker you add to a shirt ships with the shirt.
• You can add a shirt's sticker pack to the shirt order, too. It ships with the shirt, so you only pay the shirt's shipping.
• Shipping for a car sticker or magnet order is C$14 for the whole order. Each extra car magnet adds C$1.50. These are made and mailed from the USA. So they can take longer to get to Canada. When a car order comes into Canada, you may have to pay import taxes, duties or a brokerage fee. We don't collect these. They are not part of our prices or shipping.
• True Navy and Black shirts in 3XL and 4XL are printed in the USA. They take about 3 to 5 weeks to arrive. When a shirt printed in the USA comes into Canada, you may have to pay import taxes, duties or a brokerage fee. We don't collect these. They are not part of our prices or shipping.
• Every item is made just for you after you order. Shirts and stickers take about 1 to 3 weeks to arrive. Car stickers and magnets take about 3 to 4 weeks. This is a best guess. Holidays and busy times can make it take longer. Thank you for supporting us!

Returns, refunds and swaps

• Each shirt is printed just for you. Did you change your mind? Did you pick the wrong size? Sorry, we can't take the shirt back or swap it. Please check the size guide before you order.
• Did your item arrive printed wrong, damaged or badly made? Message us within 30 days after it arrives. Send your order details and a photo. We will send you a new one for free. Or we will give you your money back. You don't need to send the item back.
• Did your order never arrive? Message us within 30 days after the day it should have arrived. We will send a new one or give you your money back.
• Refunds (money we give back) go to the card you paid with.
• These rules don't take away any of your rights under the law.

Cancelling an order

• Want to cancel? Message us as soon as you can. Is your order not printed yet? Then we can cancel it and give your money back. Once it is printed, we can't cancel it.

Paying

• You pay the full amount in C$ (Canadian dollars) through Stripe when you order. Canadian orders pay GST/HST, added at checkout. Orders shipped to the USA pay no sales tax.
• Stripe takes care of your payment and keeps it safe. We never see or keep your card number.

Privacy

• Email sign-ups: When you sign up, we keep your email address. We also keep the exact words you said yes to. And we keep the time you said yes. That way, we can email you about new shirts, offers and road news. The list is kept on Cloudflare, the company that runs our website. It is also copied to Resend. Resend is the company that sends our emails. If we email you a welcome code, we also keep the code, the last day it works, and which order used it. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.
• Orders: Stripe takes your payment. Stripe gives us your name, email, phone number, shipping address and what you ordered. We give your name, email, phone number and shipping address to Printful. That way, Printful can print your order and mail it to you. Stripe emails you the receipt. We also email you a copy of your order. Resend sends that email for us.
• Visiting the site: Our website runs on Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see how fast our pages load. Cloudflare says it does this without cookies, and it does not follow you from one website to another. We don't use ad trackers. Those are tools that watch what you do online to show you ads.
• Where visitors come from: When you arrive, your browser keeps a short note of where you came from, like "instagram" or "google". It is not a cookie. It goes away when you close the tab. If you check out or sign up, we get the note too. That way we can count which links lead to orders. We keep only counts on Cloudflare: how many people started a checkout, ordered or signed up, and where they came from. The note never has your name, email or anything else about you. If you order, it is kept with your order at Stripe.
• Links to other sites: Our gear page and road stories link to other websites, like Amazon.ca and companies we partner with. Those sites have their own privacy rules. They may collect information about you and set cookies (small files that remember you). Some of these links earn us a small commission if you buy or sign up. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
• Outside Canada: Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe and Printful may keep and use your information outside Canada, for example in the USA. While it is there, the courts, police and security agencies of that country may be able to get it.
• We don't sell or rent your information. We only use it for the reasons above.
• You can unsubscribe anytime with the link in any of our emails. Want to see, fix or delete the information we have about you? Contact us (see below).
